TRAINNING POLICY
HMP Rye Hill recognises that training and development
of all employees is an important element in providing a quality service
to our customers and meeting the agreed business objectives.
The aim is to ensure all employees are given the necessary support
to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to carry out
their roles efficiently and to provide every opportunity fore relevant
career development.
The training satisfies contractual obligations and fulfils the professional
needs of the individual, whenever possible and appropriate.
The Training and Development Policy is accessible to all personnel
through the annual Training Programme. |
